The app is in active development. The first release is built around five tabs โ Home, Accounts, Pay, Card, and Hub โ covering no-fee accounts, the Status Card, payments, credit building, Status Learn, and the AI Financial Coach. Screens on this page are previews of that build; investing screens are a simulation preview until regulated partnerships are in place.
Not yet. Status is currently a pre-launch financial platform working toward a member-owned credit union structure. We are developing the technology, partnerships, programs, and regulatory pathway required to bring the Status vision to market. No Status deposit accounts are currently available.
Status expects to introduce eligible banking services through appropriately regulated financial institutions. The identity of participating financial institutions, account terms, eligibility requirements, and applicable deposit-insurance disclosures will be provided before any financial product becomes available.
No. Joining the Founding Members Waitlist only registers your interest and gives you access to future updates. It does not open a deposit account, submit a credit application, guarantee approval, or create legal credit union membership.
Anyone interested in the Status vision is welcome to join the waitlist for updates. Future membership eligibility (such as living, working, worshiping, or attending school in a defined service area) will be confirmed once banking products are available.
Status plans to offer personalized roadmaps, education-first support, and multiple ownership pathways, potentially including credit-building guidance, savings planning, and connections to housing partners โ subject to approval and availability at launch.
Fee structures for planned accounts and services have not been finalized. Any fees, or the absence of fees, will be clearly disclosed before any account is available to open.
